The following are the terms and conditions of use of the Easy Dog Entries website. By using the website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Easy Dog Entries
means Easy Dog Entries Pty Ltd (ACN 164 656 713) providers of online dog show entries.
Club or Affiliate
means the organisation holding the dog shows or events.
Show or Event
means the actual show or other event being conducted for which online entries are being provided.
Show Schedule
means the published show advertisement containing all details in relation to the show or event being conducted by the club or affiliate for which online entries are being provided.
Show secretary
means the person nominated by the club to organise collecting entries, fees and preparing the catalogue, or delegating that task to someone else.
means the person actually entering the dog show or event online.
means the actual dog being entered online at the dog show or event.
Easy Dog Entries receipt number
is the number that will appear on successfully completing on-line entries.
Owner or Lessee
means the registered owner of the exhibit being entered at the event.
Registration number
is the registered number of the dog as it appears on the registration papers allocated by a state controlling body.
Membership number
is the member number or owner member number allocated by the State Controlling Bodies in respect of an exhibitor's membership of that organisation.
Published Entries closing date
means the date shown for entries to close on the show schedule.
Online Entries closing date
means the actual date when the show secretary logs in to close online entries, after which no more entries can be accepted. Show secretaries may close online entries any time after the published closing date, although online entries are usually available for some time after the published closing date, we recommend you enter the shows as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Easy Dog Entries takes no responsibility for exhibitors missing entries if the club or affiliate closes entries earlier than anticipated.


You must ensure that all details supplied are correct, including email address and personal details. This is important so that you can be contacted if there is a problem with your entry and also because the automatically generated email, with confirmation of your entry will be sent to this email address.

Once entries have been lodged online they can not be cancelled.

Please be careful to check the details when entering dogs in the system, as Easy Dog Entries will accept whatever you put in and it will become part of the dog's record in the database which will be used for future shows. If you have made an error, you can edit the details under your account/my dogs and the changes are saved. Easy Dog Entries takes no responsibility for inaccurate information supplied by the exhibitor.

Always keep a record of the Easy Dog Entries receipt number, and if you can also print a copy of the entry confirmation, this will act as your proof of entry. You will also receive an automatic email with details of your entry and payment details, which will also include the receipt number. This receipt number must be quoted in any future correspondence pertaining to your entry with easy Dog Entries or the show secretary.


Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard for the total fees and charges and is the only method of payment available for on-line entries. When entering credit card information please ensure it is accurate. If your payment is declined for any reason (can be inaccurate information, expired card, insufficient funds, or other reasons) all entries will be rejected and not entered at the show. You will need to submit your entries again if this happens.

Easy Dog Entries only passes on the fees associated with our merchant facility which is currently 1.1% per transaction.

Easy Dog Entries does not store credit card numbers and is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Easy Dog Entries disclaims any liability for direct, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses which you may incur as a result of your use of your credit card.

The collection of any under-payment of entry fees by exhibitors for any reason whatsoever is the sole responsibility of the club or affiliate conducting the show.

All refunds requested by exhibitors for any reason whatsoever will be at the sole discretion of the club or affiliate holding the show, and if a refund is agreed to by the club, then the club will make the refund.


Easy Dog Entries take all reasonable care to ensure the information on show entry forms is accurate and free from errors, however it is the show secretary's responsibility to check that all information is correct after on-line entries have been downloaded. Easy Dog Entries disclaims any liability for direct, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses which may be incurred as a result of any incorrect entry information whatsoever.

Late Mail

If mail is delayed or the numbers are not posted out in time by a club, Easy Dog Entries accepts no responsibility for this and all enquiries should be directed to the specific club via the contact details in the show schedule.

Show Secretaries

Show secretaries for clubs and affiliates using Easy Dog Entries should familiarise themselves with all procedures required of them in administering an on-line event, including getting the Show Schedule submitted to Easy Dog Entries.

It is the responsibility of show secretaries to ensure that banking details are recorded accurately with Easy Dog Entries when filling out registration, otherwise settlement can be delayed if these details are not correct.


Where Easy Dog Entries obtains personal information from exhibitors entering shows and events on behalf of the clubs and affiliates conducting those events, Easy Dog Entries will not disclose that information to third parties unless ordered to do so by Court Order. Easy Dog Entries will only use that personal information for the purpose of entering show or events as requested by you or for contacting you in relation to your entries. Such personal information will only be stored in electronic format by Easy Dog Entries and will only be accessible to Easy Dog Entries staff in the use of online dog show entries. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the confidentiality of all personal information.


Cookies are a technology that helps Easy Dog Entries keep your account logged in as you browse our website. Some browsers have the facility to block cookies, but in doing so your account will not stay logged in to our website. Easy Dog Entries does not track your browsing nor do we collect any harmful information.


By accessing or browsing this website or by using the online dog show entry service provided by Easy Dog Entries you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability as defined right here in these Terms & Conditions. Your use of Easy Dog Entries indicates you acknowledge that you have read, understood and have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Easy Dog Entries reserves the right to amend any or all Terms & Conditions at any time as it sees fit. When Terms & Conditions are updated we will place a notice to that effect on our notice board.
